Steps to Success

1. Apply for the Charter Pilot - Share your store URL (Shopify/BigCommerce), contact info, average order value (AOV), and monthly volume.​

2. Fit Check - We confirm your category/MCC, AOV sweet spot ($75–$1,000), refunds/returns policy, and payment stack.

3. Diligence - Provide legal business name/EIN, storefront URL, chargeback history, state/country coverage, and a finance contact.

4. Pilot Agreement - Sign a short MSA/addendum with ~4.5% MDR pilot pricing and a 24-month rate lock (category-dependent).
